Exploring Features of Oppo Find X8 and Find X8 Pro

Oppo has introduced the new Find X series smartphones in China on Thursday.

The series includes two models: the standard Find X8 and the Find X8 Pro.

Both devices use MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9400 processor, which is a 3nm chip.

Starting Prices in China

Find X8 - CNY 4,199 (about Rs. 50,000),

Find X8 Pro - at CNY 5,299 (around Rs. 63,000).

Oppo has also stated that the Find X8 series will be available globally, including in India.

Like many other brands, Oppo has adopted the flat display design for the Find X8 series. The smartphones feature a boxy design which is common in many new flagship phones.

Specifications of Oppo Find X8 and Find X8 Pro

The Oppo Find X8 has a 6.59-inch display, while the Find X8 Pro has a bigger 6.78-inch screen. Both have LTPO AMOLED panels with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and can get very bright, up to 4500 nits. They run on ColorOS 15, based on Android 15.

Both smartphones use the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor and can have up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.

In terms of cameras, the Find X8 has three: a 50MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide lens.

The Find X8 Pro has four cameras: a 50MP main camera, two 50MP telephoto lenses (one with 3x optical zoom and another with 6x zoom), and a 50MP ultrawide lens.

For battery life, the Find X8 has a 5630mAh battery, while the Pro model has a 5910mAh battery. Both support 80-watt fast charging and 50-watt wireless charging.
